Shipping policy

All TMI pieces are hand crafted by our team of two in our living room. That being said please allow between 4-7 business days for processing & 8-18 days for shipping! (All Angel Wing Hoodies + Bussdown brains are pre-orders and subject to longer shipping times)

Custom Pieces

We do offer custom pieces for 25$ more of up too 4 characters in one location of the hoodie. Ex: 1201, 1111, Alex, AAAA, A+B etc.

Dry on low inside out

Pink Rhinestone strings are not waterproof so you must take the strings out and put them back in. DM us on instagram for a video on Instructions to take strings out and re-enter them! (60 seconds) *Only Pink Rhinestone Strings every other string is water proof, but you can take them out before washing for highest, longest lasting quality*

Returns:

All sales are final. We are not doing returns at the moment unless the hoodie is damaged or if you receive the wrong size.

If you order the wrong size, DM us on Instagram & if we haven’t shipped your order out we can change the size for you, however we will not be able to do so if we already shipped the order!
